Because of the currency exchange policy that causes a lot of the capital flight happen in HK, then the public housing is  so difficult to get in, and a lot of people have to rent the subdivided flat because of the housing burden.       2\ufe0f\u20e3 usually there are several kinds of valuable stuff, like the watch, the gold, the expensive stuff. In the old days, it is very common for people to exchange the quilt\/blanket to the pawn shop. Because summer don’t need it, and no storage to store it and then the winter get it back .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
